Once again, Adidas serves up their iconic Ultraboost collection with an incredible twist. Now hold up, you’re thinking the Ultraboost 20 seems like a simple mark-up on the Ultraboost 19, right?
Nah, that just means you’re sleeping on the upgrades. Let’s get into it.
BOOST COMFORT & ECO-FRIENDLY UPGRADES
Like the Ultraboosts of the past, the Ultraboost 20 features a Primeknit upper that’s got exceptional breathability and flexibility. The highlight, for sure, is the Boost midsole - created when TPU particles expand to form closed cells around tiny pockets of air. The cushioning issa whole mood, like walking on miniature clouds with no fall-off in performance!
But unlike its previous editions, The Adidas Ultraboost 20 features the Primeblue material - product of an official collaboration between Adidas and Parley for the Oceans. Tailored Fibre Placement technology is also used to zero-in and structure the threads in the upper. The result? Superior comfort, fit and a pair of kicks that’s got you standing out in any crowd.
R.I.P. foot fatigue. These kicks DEFINITELY pass the vibe-check.
FOR A BETTER EARTH
Planet Earth is facing unique challenges that threaten life like never before. Industrialization and commercialization take the blame, sometimes rightly so. However, Adidas shows it is possible to mitigate damage while gunning for progress.
Adidas have partnered with Parley for the Oceans, an organization that addresses environmental threats towards the oceans. The Ultraboost 20’s dank silhouette with its sleek upper and sweet decorative stitching, are all made from recycled plastic collected by Parley, aka the Primeblue material. The outsole too is crafted from recycled and re-ground rubber. Wholesome is the word.
With the Ultraboost 20, the only footprint you’ll be leaving behind is a green one.
