Q: Can you divide and ship my order in multiple shipments?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot divide the shipment from our end since its system allocated .

Q: Who are the carrier partners of Dropkick?

A: We use multiple delivery partners within the region: 
UAE: Aramex, and our own Dropkick fleet
KSA: Aramex, and our own Dropkick fleet
Kuwait: Aramex

 

Q: Can I change my delivery address after placing an order? How?

A: Please note that it’s always recommended to choose the correct address while placing the order, to avoid delivery issues or potential order cancellation in the future.
If you need to urgently change the delivery address, you may contact us via mail or chat. 

 

Q: My order has been shipped, what’s next?

A: Once you receive an SMS that the order has been shipped, this means the shipment has been handed over to the delivery team and ready to deliver it as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer collection in UAE?

A: Unfortunately, we don’t have click & collect right now.

Q:  How long does it take to receive my order? 

A: Delivery timing depends on both the country and the location the order is to be delivered to.
Below are the different delivery timings, country-based:
UAE:
Delivery can take between 1 – 3 business days
KSA:
Delivery can take between 3 – 5 business days
Kuwait:
Delivery can take between 7 – 9 business days
