Q: How can I exchange my product to a different size?

Follow the below steps if you’d like to initiate an exchange request:
iOS / Android / Web:
• Login to your Dropkick account
• Click on “Account” at the top right corner under Profile icon (bottom right corner in the app)
• On the left panel, click on “Returns & Exchanges”
• Select “New Return/Exchange”
• Select the item you would like to exchange
• Select the size you want to receive
• Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions then submit the request
• Our courier will contact you within 5 to 7 days for the pickup of the exchange item
• Once the pickup has been done and the item is back in our warehouse, your exchange item will be dispatched.
Exchange Conditions:
1. Exchange is applicable within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Items should be in a good condition, not used, and still have their original tag.
3. Items should be in the same original item box you received.

For Guest Users
To arrange a return or exchange, guest users must submit a request via the ‘Track Your Order’ page within 14 days of receiving the order. Alternatively, you can also contact Customer Care.
Q: How do I return an item?
A:
We at Dropkick provide you with a hassle-free return policy within the GCC. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Follow the steps below to initiate a new return request:
IOS/Android/Web:
• Login to your Dropkick account
• Click on “Account” on the top right corner of the web page (bottom right corner on the app)
• Click on “Returns & Exchanges”
• Click 'Create new return' and select the items you want to return
• Click on 'Proceed' and enter your address, the reason for return and choose your refund method – e-wallet or a credit/debit card refund. We do not provide Cash refund. In case if the items are paid in cash, the amount will be debited to your e-wallet.
• It may ask you to pin your location if not done earlier
• Once you submit your request, the items will be collected within 5 to 7 working days.
• Once the item is picked up and returned to our warehouse, the refund will be processed within the 5-7 working days, depending on your bank. The amount on your e-wallet will reflect within 48 hours.
For MADA Cards, the refund process can take up to 4 working weeks to complete.

Refund on home fitness equipment
If you want to return the purchased product that doesn't have any defects, please ensure that it’s returned within 7 days from the date you received the order.
Note: A restocking fee (10% of the returned item's price) will be charged to you.
How to return an order/item?
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure you include any belts and any designer packaging that may have been included. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. the return would be rejected & we will ship the product back to you with shipping charges billed to you.
What if the received item is faulty?
All items are quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please login to your registered account, go to your ‘My Account’ page and to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ and follow the steps within 48 hours of receiving the item. Q: How do I Refund an item I purchased with e-Wallet Credit?
A:
If you used your e-Wallet credit to purchase an item and want to return it, the refund will be sent back to your e-Wallet as credit.
