Q: My credit card details have been rejected, what do I do?

A:

There are a few common checks to make that may help:
1-    Please, ensure the card details are entered correctly 
2-    Card number
3-    Cardholder’s name
4-    CVV (three digits on the back of the card)
5-    Expiry date
6-    Ensure the 3D OTP is entered correctly & is not expired.
7-    Ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card.

e-Wallet Credit

Q: What is e-Wallet Credit? How does it work?

A: DROPKICK e-Wallet is an electronic wallet that converts money to online credit and it is one of our payment and refund methods. When you return an item that belongs to an order that was paid by Cash on Delivery, you will receive the refund as credit in your E-Wallet. If you paid using your credit/debit card, you can return an item and get your refund issued back on your card or your e-Wallet, all based on your choice. 

Q: How long will my Dropkick e-Wallet credit last for?

A: Your e-Wallet credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. Once the e-Wallet credit is expired, we are unable to reinstate the credit.

Q: Where can I see my current Dropkick e-Wallet credit?

A: Simply log in to your account, click on the profile icon on the top right-hand corner of the browser then choose “My Account”. On the left, choose “Payment Method” then your eWallet outstanding balance will show on the right side.

Q: Can I use discount coupons while paying through Dropkick credit?

A: Yes, you can do that by adding the discount coupon code on the “Enter A Voucher or Discount Code” field and click on Add. You can reach that via the quick view box by clicking on the cart icon on the top right-hand corner after adding item to bag, or by clicking “Check Out Securely”.

Q: I cannot see the option to use my e-Wallet credit on checkout?

A: This could happen if you’re signed in as guest. Ensure you are logged in with your Dropkick account and try again.
