Q: Q: If I’m not satisfied with the product, can I get my money back?

A: Yes. Please log in to your Dropkick account using the mobile app or on the web and create a return request which should be within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. Make sure that the products are in their original condition, unused, are in their original packaging (plastic bag or brand box), and have their original tag(s) still attached.
You can choose to either get your money refunded as e-Wallet credit which usually takes 48 hours to reflect or back to your credit/debit card (takes around 5-7 working days). If you used Tabby to make the payment, the refund will be credited back to Tabby.
If you paid by cash on delivery, we will refund the amount to your e-Wallet, which can be used to place a new order and is valid for 1 year from the date of issuing. For MADA Cards, the refund process can take up to 4 working weeks to complete.

Q: How long does it take to get my e-Wallet Credit?

A: Returns are picked up within 5 – 7 working days, and your e-Wallet credit will be processed within 48 hours of picking up the item.

A: Please note that Dropkick reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges on items that are considered to be unfit for resale.
